Lily Lewis
Do you need support to heal from a traumatic birth? You might be experiencing unwanted thoughts, images and memories, and avoiding painful reminders. Maybe you’re terrified that something bad is going to happen, or struggling with anger, self-blame, or sadness. Perhaps you always wanted a bigger family, but now don’t feel you can face going through it again.
Dr Helen Blake
