I use trauma-focused CBT Therapy to work with memories that may feel stuck or that you struggle to move on from.  This might be from your birth, medical care for you or you baby, NICU experience, previous baby loss or other traumatic events which may have occurred in your life.

I can support you with managing anxiety in pregnancy and developing trauma informed birth plans to help communicate your needs and potential triggers to maternity staff. This can often happen if you previously experienc ed a traumatic birth and are now pregnant with another baby.

I specialise in supporting parents when this journey into motherhood isn’t feeling like you expected it would and are struggling to make sense of this transition. You may feel lost, overwhelmed, anxious or exhausted whether this is your first or fifth baby.

I am an accredited CBT Therapist and I aim to help you make sense of what is stopping you parent the way you want to. I offer online therapy appointments.
