BEcome a member of BTA

Thanks to our members we can be there for more families needing support, and contribute to the understanding of, and prevention of birth trauma.

The Birth Trauma Association has no guaranteed income, which means we rely on individual donations. In the past few years, we’ve seen increasing demand for our services – our Facebook group now has more than 16,000 members. We also have a large team of peer supporters offering support by email and phone. To keep the team going requires training people and paying for a phone service, and all that requires money.

Our membership scheme goes some way to helping us meet those costs. For £10 a year, you’ll be part of a community that helps inform research and funds our support services. We’ll also sign you up automatically to receive our quarterly newsletter by email, featuring news on what we’ve been doing as a charity.

Join via the button below – it will take you to PayPal to pay your membership fee for the year.

If you want to cancel your annual subscription, please contact our treasurer at treasurer@birthtraumaassociation.org.uk

“Here I am able to speak openly about what happened to me knowing there is no judgement. There aren't many people how know about what happened to me so being able to speak opening without having to censor what I say is so freeing.”
